Guests were stranded for hours and took the Reedy Creek Fire Rescue around two hours to fully evacuate the dozens of passengers. Everyone was safely evacuated via a scissor lift with no injuries reported. Passengers had tweeted that they had been stuck on the broken down monorail for hours.
