Today, the Disney Parks Blog released a little preview of the menus that are coming to the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. The festival will occur on weekends during the month of April. There will be eight themed marketplaces as well as several restaurants from the park also serving special-festival inspired menu items. Here is the run-down:

Disney Parks Blog to Live Stream IllumiNations on Monday 3/21:
The Disney Parks Blog has announced its next #DisneyParksLIVE stream for 'IllumiNations' for this Monday coming up March 21. The live stream will begin at 8:50 p.m. EDT. 'IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth" at Epcot will promptly begin at 9:00 p.m. EST. A new blog on the Disney Parks Blog will appear on the blog when the stream goes live.
"IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth" is Epcot's nighttime spectacular that celebrates the spirit of humanity through fireworks, lighting effects, moving music, and more. The centerpiece of the show is a 350,000-lb "Earth Globe" that serves as a spherical video display system where the majority of the show takes place.
