Walt Disney World Adding Express Bus Service

The news that Walt Disney World would be adding Express Bus Service to each of its parks was discovered on Friday. The express service will come at a price of $15/person a day or $24/person for multi-day use. The service will begin December 7 and it will pick up guests from inside the four Walt Disney World theme parks by utilizing backstage areas to reach destinations faster.

The service will only operate to each theme park. Annual Passholders and Cast Members will only be able to purchase one-day service. It will begin operating at 10 a.m. until each park closes. The busses will be at each station every 30 minutes. Each park has a backstage pickup spot, they are:

  • Magic Kingdom – Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin exit area
  • Epcot – East of Spaceship Earth
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios – adjacent to Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster Courtyard
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Near Kilimanjaro Safaris entrance
Guests will be able to purchase the Express Bus Service upgrade when they purchase their tickets or they can visit a guest relations location to add it on.
