Sneak Peak of Cars 3 Coming to Disney Parks; Modified Monorail Route on Select Days in May

Sneak Peak of "Cars 3" Coming to Disney Parks:

We are just over a month away from "Cars 3" racing into theaters. Soon guests will be able to the get a sneak peak of the film at both Disney California Adventure and Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios.
At Disney California Adventure park, the preview of “Cars 3” will be presented in 3D with special in-theater effects at the Bug’s Life Theater, starting May 12. Beginning May 26, guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will get to see this advance look at a segment from the film as part of the One Man’s Dream attraction, where artwork and maquettes from the production will also be on display.
Blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers, the legendary Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez (voice of Cristela Alonzo), with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Fabulous Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns. Proving that #95 isn’t through yet will test the heart of a champion on Piston Cup Racing’s biggest stage!
Disney•Pixar’s “Cars 3” is directed by Brian Fee (storyboard artist “Cars,” “Cars 2“), produced by Kevin Reher (“A Bug’s Life,” “La Luna” short) and co-produced by Andrea Warren (“LAVA” short).
Disney Pixar's "Cars 3" will cruise into theaters on June 16.

Walt Disney World Monorail to Have Modified Route on Select Days in May:

While Walt Disney World continues to update the infrastructure of the monorail, the monorail will run on a modified route on select days later this month. On days of the modified route, the resort monorail will make stops at the Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian, and the Magic Kingdom. The Express Monorail will add a stop at Disney's Contemporary along the way to the Ticket and Transportation Center.

While all stations will still be in service, Disney is advising guests to allow additional travel time to their destinations and that they may notice a different way they board the monorail. The altered routes will be in effect on May 16 and 17, May 23 and 24, and May 30 from 11:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.
